Varsity Girls XC Win Regional Meet

The Varsity Girls Cross Country team won the Regional meet on Saturday, October 24. 8th grader Olivia Holbrook led the way with a 1st place finish; Junior Claire Curtsinger - 2nd; Sophomore Amy Klocke - 3rd; 8th grader Sadie Hartig - 4th; Junior Emma Bezold - 17th; Sophomore Natalie Reis -18th; and Sophomore Cora Bertsch - 23rd. Boys XC Qualify for State

Congratulations to the Boys Cross Country team who placed 3rd at the Regional meet on Saturday, October 24. Next stop is the State Meet. The Mustangs have one of the longest qualifying streaks in the entire Commonwealth. Will Sheets and Ryan Branch once again led a pack of four runners who finished closely together. Lady Stangs Soccer End Season

The Lady Stangs Soccer team suffered a tough loss in the first round of the State Tournament on Saturday, October 24.  The Lady Colts of West Jessamine proved a little too much for the Lady Stangs to corral. The final score was 1-2. Rosie Jump scored a the lone goal with an assist by Brooklyn Meyer.  Thanks for a GREAT season ladies! We are proud of you!

Lady Stangs Soccer Win 10th Region

On Wednesday, October 21 the Lady Stangs beat George Rogers Clark 3-1 to clench the 10th Region Championship! Goals were scored by Emma Sandfoss (2) and Maddie Crowe. Assists by Ally Smith (2) and Brooklyn Meyer. All tournament team: Emma Sandfoss, Rosie Jump, Ally Smith, and Riley Griffin. During fall break the Varsity Girls' XC Team won their 4th consecutive Northern Kentucky Athletic Conference Championship. Junior Claire Curtsinger led the way by placing 1st; 8th grader Olivia Holbrook was 2nd; Sophomore Amy Klocke -3rd; 8th Grader Sadie Hartig -4th; Junior Emma Bezold; Sophomore Cora Bertsch-9th; and Natalie Reis-11th. Boys XC Team Captures NKAC Championship

A major congratulations goes out to the Boys Cross Country Team who captured the Northern Kentucky Athletic Conference Championship over fall break. It was the first time the team has won this race since 2014. Ryan Branch ran a smart tremendous race finishing as the runner-up. Nate Ruth and Parker Losure ran dominant races finishing side by side. Andrew Alwell rounded out the top five with a solid race. Nice running, gentlemen!

On Saturday, October 17 the Varsity Girls XC Team won the Diocese of Covington Invitational. Junior Claire Curtsinger led the way with a 1st place finish; Sophomore Amy Klocke-2nd; 8th Grader Olivia Holbrook - 3rd; 8th Grader Sadie Hartig - 4th; Sophomore Cora Bertsch - 10th; Junior Emma Bezold - 11th; and Sophomore Natalie Reis -  14th. Boys XC Finishes 3rd

The Boys XC Team finished 3rd at the Diocese of Covington Invitational on Saturday, October 17. The tea was narrowly edged out by Covington Catholic and St. Henry. Again Ryan Branch finished an impressive runner up. Girls Soccer Team on a Roll

The Girls Varsity Soccer team won the District Tournament during fall break with a win against Scott in pk’s.  District tournament MVP was Riley Griffin. All-District Team selections went to Brooklyn Meyer, Lydia Haubner and Ally Smith. The Lady Stangs advanced in the 10th Region Semifinals by beating Montgomery County 4-2 on Monday, October 19. Volleyball Wins Again

Freshmen Volleyball took on rival Campbell County on Monday, October 5. The Lady Stangs came out victorious with 2 straight set wins. Solid performances by all of the freshmen. It was a big win for the future of the program! The Varsity Volleyball team had a big regional win on Monday, October 5 against Harrison County.
